Service Description

Our holistic doula support services cover every aspect of your birth journey, from pelvic floor wellness sessions to evidence-based information and lactation support. We also provide guidance on overcoming fears and anxieties, as well as tips for how your partner can be an effective advocate during labor. Our goal is to ensure that you feel supported, empowered, and confident throughout the entire process. Depending on the package, the following might vary: Full Holistic Support A. Holistic and Comprehensive Prenatal Preparation & Support: - Three - four (3-4) home prenatal visits - Personalized guidance on functional nutrition, pelvic mobility, pelvic floor, and common discomfort during pregnancy - Complementary Holistic Pelvic Wellness for Pregnancy at no additional cost. - Access to Evidence Based Birth Childbirth Class (www.evidencebasedbirth.com) - Access to Body Ready Birth not only educates for birth, but train for it too! - On call 24/7 starting at 37 weeks. B. Labor and Childbirth Support: - Support during the entire labor and delivery - Ten's Machine for Labor and Birth (comfort measurement tool) - CUB - Labor/ Birth pool if needed (purchase a liner prior) - Bodywork techniques for pelvic alignment and facilitating birth. - Guidance on effective tools and movements based on what we learned in the Body Ready Birth workshop. C. Postpartum Support and Recovery: - Two- three (2-3) home postpartum Visit - Lactation support - Complimentary Holistic Pelvic Wellness for Postpartum at no additional cost (up to 6 sessions for the first 6 months postpartum).
