Service Description

We will be meeting three times before your due date, where we will be going over acupressure, bodywork and physiological techniques, comfort measurements, evidence based birth education, holistic healing, birth exercises and positions, and much more. Then, we will be going together through labor. I will be standing by your side, providing support and help during the entire labor. We will be using those comfort measurements and techniques that we learned and practiced together to support a more comfortable and smoother birth. Finally, we will be meeting two times after your birth, where we will go over concerns and questions about breastfeeding, postpartum bodywork and recovery, and much more. SUMMARY: - Three (3) prenatal visits. - Two (2) postpartum visits. - Support during your pregnancy via email, phone, and texting - On-call 24/7 starting at 37 weeks. - Lending library (books and audiobooks) - Complementary bodywork (holistic pelvic wellness for pregnancy) for a smoother birth and faster recovery. - Acupressure and moxibustion care, booklet, and materials for your partner to learn and support you at home. - Bodywork techniques for pelvic alignment, balancing, and releases. - Tens unit for use during birth. - Pocket guide for pregnancy for mom - Pocket guide for pregnancy and birth for DAD - Access to Evidence-Based Birth resources - Access and support from a trained doula in Spinning Babies ** All my credentials and certifications can be found in the resume
